Last August, amidst the rustic charm of Askas village in Cyprus, I had the privilege of being the christening photographer for little Lucas. It was a day filled with warmth, joy, and a touch of whimsy that perfectly reflected the essence of this beautiful island.
As the sun bathed the Holy Church of Agios Prophyrios in golden light, the air was filled with anticipation. Families and friends gathered to witness and celebrate this special moment in Lucas' life. From the tender embrace of his parents to the laughter of loved ones, every emotion was palpable.
After the solemn ceremony, we moved to the picturesque Perneia Restaurant, where the celebration continued in earnest. What awaited us there was nothing short of magical – a Star Wars-themed decor that transported guests to a galaxy far, far away. It was a delightful fusion of tradition and modernity, with lightsabers mingling with traditional Cypriot hospitality.
As a christening photographer, my goal is to capture not just moments, but memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. Against the backdrop of Cyprus's timeless beauty, every click of my camera immortalised the love, laughter, and bond shared by Lucas and his loved ones.
